What are my payment options?
All the payments are made through “Paypal”, which includes options to use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or Echeck.

Can I buy less than a six bottles?
No, in order to provide the best service at the lowest possible cost, we can only accept orders in multiples of 6 bottles.

Where can I ship my order?
Orders can be sent anywhere in Spain, with the exception of territories outside the peninsula, such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For delivery to these territories or outside Spain, please contact us directly at info@vncellars.com.

How long will it take to send the wine once the order has been made?
Each order completed before 3:00 pm (Barcelona local time) will be shipped the next morning through standard or express service, depending on the preferences previously indicated in the order. Once an order has been shipped, it typically takes between 24 and 72 hours to arrive with standard shipping and 24 hours with express shipping.

When will the order arrive if I choose the Express Service? 
The standard service will deliver your order the next morning before 7:00 pm, if the order has been completed before 3:00 pm. If the order has been completed after 3:00 pm, this one will arrive one day later, always before 7:00 pm.

When will the order arrive if I choose the Standard Service?
The Standard service will deliver your order in the next 24-72 hours from the moment it leaves the warehouse, which is usually the next day once the order has been completed. It will not be considered a failure to deliver on time if the addressee is not home, there has been a change in the address, the address is unknown, there is no name, telephone or contact email, closed for holidays, second attempts or other major causes not attributable to V&N Cellars (storms, snow, closed roads, strikes, etc.)

What happens if I am not at home when the order arrives?
In case there is  not anyone to accept the order, an advice note of delivery attempt will be left, as well as instructions of how to proceed. A second delivery, following the customer’s instructions, will be attempted. If a third delivery is required, the transportation company  will invoice the customer.

What happens if a Saturday delivery is required?
The delivery will normally only be handled on business days between Monday and Friday, except from the complementary service of delivery on Saturdays that should be arranged directly with the transportation company and only available for second and third deliveries.

What happens if the wine arrives broken?
The wines travel in boxes specially designed to avoid breaks, but accidents can happen. If the damage is evident upon delivery and properly noted on with the transportation company, the wines may be returned and another delivery will be arranged without any additional cost to the customer. In the event the damage is discovered after delivery, a claim can be made up to seven days after the receipt, according to the provisions of articles 366 and 953.2 of the Commercial Code. Once a valid claim is presented, damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped without any charge. You can also contact us through info@vncellars.com at any time. After seven days of the receipt of goods, no claims will be accepted.

Can I return defective wine?
We would like to emphasize that the particular “taste” of a wine is not a good reason for its return. Each batch of wine is tasted by our specialists in order to ensure the maximum quality in each of the bottles. However, if you consider that the wine is in bad conditions, you should send an e-mail to info@vncellars.com. The defective(s) bottle(s) will be collected and analyzed to identify the sources of the problem and consequently make a refund, if warranted.

What is the right of withdrawal? (“I´ve change my mind…”)
As a customer you have the right of withdrawal, that is to say, even if the order has been delivered according to your application, you have seven days after the receipt of the goods to return them, as long as they have not been opened. You will be responsible for all transportation charges.

As a user of this site, at the time you made comments, you are responsible for the contents you contribute, as well as the links you post. The site’s administrator reserves the right to remove the contents given by the users which consider necessary in case of third party or website damage, as set out in law 34/2002, 11 July, on information technologies and online trade.
